Please feel free to check and try on your items at your best comfort when the courier arrives. If the item does not suit you, please return it back to the courier instantly and pay delivery fees only. This is the only time where you can exchange or return the item. Delivery fees are to be paid anyways✨
For MasterCard or Visa payments made on the website, in case the item doesn’t suit you upon order delivery, you can return it back with the courier and hence we will repay you back by reversing the payment back to your payment card.
For international orders (outside Egypt), there is no exchange or refund.

سياسه الاستبدال و الاسترجاع:
عند وصول الاوردر مع مندوب الشحن، يمكن لحضرتكم فتح الاوردر والتأكد من المقاس و الشكل و الخامه. في حاله ان المنتج غير مناسب، يرجي اعاده الاوردر مع المندوب في نفس الوقت مع دفع مصاريف الشحن فقط. علما بأن لا يمكن استبدال او استرجاع المنتج بعد ذهاب المندوب. يرجي دفع مصاريف الشحن للمندوب في كلتا الحالتين.
لمدفوعات التى يتم أجرائها عن طريق الكارت الأئتمانى و فى حاله عدم ملائمه المنتج لك عند تسليم الطلب يمكنك أعاده مره أخرى مع شركه الشحن ،و بالتالى سيتم أعاده نقوده بنفس وسيله الدفع
للطالبات الدوليه خارج مصر لا يوجد أستبدال او أسترداد
